This portal simplifies and streamlines admissions, document approvals, exam scheduling, grading, and results tracking across various academic programs and levels.

The Digital Admission Portal was built to replace manual workflows with an efficient digital system. Below are its key functionalities:

  • Students:
    • Log in to their personal accounts.
    • Upload required admission documents.
    • Track the progress of their application (percentage completion).
    • Choose a preferred date and time for their exam session.
    • Receive their exam convocation directly via email (PDF).
  • Teachers:
    • Log in to their dashboard to manage exams.
    • Upload written exams and manage oral assessments.
    • Grade students’ performance for written and oral exams.
    • Collaborate with admission officers for special exam sessions.
  • Admission Officers:
    • Review student documents and approve or deny them with feedback.
    • Manage exam sessions by creating, editing, and assigning sessions.
    • Create and manage teacher accounts.
    • Track assigned students by filtering data (e.g., name, ID, year, major).
  • Admin Dashboard:
    • Manage users (students, teachers, admission officers).
    • Search and filter students by year, major, status, or name.
    • Request exams from teachers for specific sessions or programs.
  • Multilevel Support: Handles all academic years (1st to 4th) and multiple programs (e.g., business and engineering).
